I had the pleasure of meeting Ms Georgie Lewin, Founder of a new company ‘Grandaids’ bringing technology solutions to those of us who could do with a little assistance, including the Elderly and seniors.
I thought that in this new world of ours, this access and ease of us of technology is so vital for our Loved ones.

What is Grandaids?

“Grandaids is a personalised in-home service, there to help our older generation with personalised, in-home sessions to assist with technology and their digital world.

Part tech assistance, part educators, part stress relief, our Grandaids Mentors are not just technically savvy “geeks” but wonderful people who possess patience, emotional intelligence and a love of people – all of which are required to put our clients at ease.

Our in-home assistance ranges from helping to navigate smartphones and tablets, to video calling, catching up on streaming services like ABC iView communicating with family and friends Facebook and WhatsApp and helping to identify scams and spam.
Our purpose is to make a lasting positive impact on our clients and redefine the way to see and interact with the modern world.”
